Budgeting
Cost consideration is vitally important. Any project
must make sense financially. I set up budget guidelines from the very beginning
to assure that the project ideas are in the financial comfort range of the Client(s).
Construction
and Construction Management
I have developed a team of construction experts that work with me to achieve the quality and details I expect in the ways done by my father and grandfather. I have no other priority except to cater to the details of your project. Anderson Architectural and Construction Management works on a fee based commission. There is no contractor's overhead or profit to burden the cost. The Client(s) approves the bi-monthly requests for payments.
