Cost consideration is vitally important. Any project must
make sense financially. I set up budget guidelines from the
very beginning to assure that the project ideas are in the
financial comfort range of the Client(s).
Construction Management also includes the following:
Subcontractor and supplier bids, and approval by Client(s)
Finalized construction budget for the Clients' input and approval.
Subcontractor contracts and suppliers' purchase orders.
Job scheduling, and site supervising.
Regular production meetings with job personnel
Regular on-site meetings with the Client(s).
On-going detail design as required to achieve proper effect.
Supervision of customer service calls
