I am a Registered General Nurse based in Cheshire although my geographical sphere also covers Manchester, Greater Manchester, North West, Midlands, and North Wales.
I am committed to my clients and driven to secure the best possible care and support for them to achieve their aspirations and maximise their independence. Through my background in District Nursing and Complex Case Management I have acquired broad scope of knowledge and experience of individuals with long-term care needs.
I have held a caseload of individuals with Complex Care Needs since March 2018 and competent in undertaking comprehensive evidence-based assessments, regularly instigating and leading Multi-Disciplinary team meetings.
My current caseload consists of young adults through to the elderly with a wide range of care needs, including those with Acquired Brain Injuries and individuals suffering with Spinal Injury.
With up-to-date experience in Continuing Health Care I have a good insight into current care costs and I am experienced in all aspects of negotiation and procurement.
I have a good understanding and keen interest in the Court of Protection and the litigation around the Mental Capacity Act and Liberty Protection Safeguards and my priority is always that of safety.
I ensure to the best of my ability, that my clients' needs are holistically met and I am realistic in my practice and I pride myself in my organisation skills and attention to detail.
