ROUTE occupational rehabilitation

Our case managers arrange all the services necessary to enable our clients overcome the difficulties involved with returning to work and meet the challenges of returning to, and remaining in, meaningful employment.

REHABILITATION

We arrange individualised nursing and healthcare, installation of essential services such as travel and transportation, rehabilitation; including physio, cognition, speech and language therapy.

TRAINING

We arrange access to specialist career advice, identify appropriate training, education and training providers, training courses, placements, and access to recognised work qualifications.

EMPLOYMENT

We help clients find meaningful employment in their own existing field of competency or in new occupations suited best to their individual circumstances and adaptive capabilities.
